What it was lacking: The old site did not explain which services were offered or where she traveled. It was hard to use on a phone, had no clear way to book and did not show up on Google.
What we did: We rebuilt it mobile-first with a page for each service, a clear service area, a booking button on every page and a connected Google Business Profile so new patients and facilities can find her and book in a few taps.
What it was lacking: The logo felt dated, and the colors and fonts changed from the website to the business cards to the signage. Nothing looked like it belonged to the same practice.
What we did: We modernized the logo while keeping what patients already recognized, then built a full brand kit with colors, fonts and usage rules, and carried it across business cards, flyers and signage so the practice looks consistent everywhere.
What it was lacking: The site had not been updated in years. It loaded slowly, looked dated and patients could not find insurance info or new patient forms, so the front desk spent hours answering the same calls.
What we did: We redesigned it with a clean modern look, faster load times, provider bios, an insurance and financing page, online booking and digital new patient forms, so patients get answers before they ever pick up the phone.
What it was lacking: The profile was half-finished, with wrong hours, no photos, no posts and only a few reviews. Patients searching nearby could not find the practice or trust what they saw.
What we did: We claimed and verified the profile, added the right categories and services, uploaded real photos, started regular posts and set up a review QR code with replies to every review, so the practice shows up and looks active to every new patient searching.
